Tempo Rei Inn Reservation and Cancellation Policy
ACCOMMODATION AND/OR LODING RESERVATION AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the accommodation and/or lodging reservation relationship between the contracted party and the contracting party, regarding the type of accommodation unit, period, number of people, and daily rate stipulated in the reservation confirmation email.
PAYMENT MADE BY THE CONTRACTING PARTY AND THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT BY THE CONTRACTED PARTY IMPLIES THE AGREEMENT OF BOTH THE CONTRACTED PARTY AND THE CONTRACTING PARTY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
I. The validity period of the reservation, without guarantee, is 24 HOURS after initial contact. This period is for payment of the pre-agreed amount for the reservation guarantee; or a shorter period if requested by the CONTRACTED PARTY.
II. The reservation guarantee voucher will be sent via email to the reservation holder within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours after credit confirmation;
III. The Contractor is obligated to provide the reserved accommodation unit for the period stipulated in the confirmation voucher, to offer a morally suitable, pleasant, clean and healthy environment for the contractor's stay, as well as to respect the terms set forth in this contract, with the following included in the daily rate:
"The use of the reserved accommodation unit and the facilities existing on the contractor's premises, such as the bar, games room and swimming pool."
"Check-in and check-out times will be as stipulated in the voucher.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, subject to availability and scheduled during the guest's in-person check-in."
"The accommodation unit will be cleaned daily, unless refused and provided for this purpose by the contracting party."
"Bed linen is changed every five days, and towels are changed daily, except on the day of check-out."
IV. The Contracting Party will complete a registration form at check-in (if they have not checked in online) which will include the cost of the stay, the amount paid for the reservation, the check-out and check-out dates and times, as well as some personal data.
V. The Contracting Party has the duty to: make proper use of the facilities, furniture, and linens of the contracted party; maintain a morally upright posture; respect the internal regulations of the contracted party; and respect the terms set forth herein." Contract;
VI. One child up to 2 years old, staying in the responsible adult's apartment, will have full complimentary stay. Other children are charged as adults;
VII. 100% of the contracted reservation value will be paid upon check-in;
VIII. Extensions of the reserved period must be requested at reception, with the full amount to be paid at the time of the request, and the new reserved period noted on the registration form;
IX. NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-ALTERABLE RESERVATIONS
Non-transferable and non-alterable reservations are considered all reservations sold without the 50% surcharge, and they cannot be transferred to different dates after the dates have been chosen at the time of booking, nor can the number of guests be changed, for any reason whatsoever.
Cancellation of the reservation or interruption of the stay will incur a registration fee of R$ 50.00, subject to the following rules:
"Above "If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the check-in date, a 50% penalty will be charged on the total value of the contracted reservation."
"If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, a 100% penalty will be charged on the total value of the contracted reservation."
"For no-shows or interruptions of the stay, a 100% penalty will be charged on the total value of the contracted reservation."
X. TRANSFERABLE RESERVATIONS
The CONTRACTING PARTY may, for any reason, request a date change, paying an additional 50% of the quoted value at the time of booking, in order to have this benefit, following the rules below:
The CONTRACTING PARTY must request the date change at least 2 days in advance of the check-in date. For any reason, the new date must be scheduled within 90 days of the check-in date. The new date must be scheduled between March and September, excluding holiday packages. The new date must be scheduled at least 15 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation of the reservation or interruption of the stay will incur a registration fee of R$ 50.00, in addition to the following rules:
"More than 30 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 50% of the total value of the contracted reservation will be charged."
"Less than 30 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the total value of the contracted reservation will be charged."
"In case of no-show or interruption of the stay, a penalty of 100% of the total value of the contracted reservation will be charged."
XI. The deadline for the contractor to refund credits related to cancellations or changes to reservations is 15 days, counted from the date of the request;
XII. RAIN INSURANCE
XII. RAIN INSURANCE - All guests staying for at least two nights at any time of year, and experiencing significant losses due to rain during their stay, will be entitled to rain insurance. This means they are unable to use our facilities (swimming pool, barbecue area) or enjoy the region's most beautiful features, our beaches. All guests who meet these criteria will be entitled to insurance, with the agreement being made at check-out and formalized through a signed request from both parties.
The Rain Insurance offers one complimentary night on weekdays during May, June, or August. A new date must be scheduled 15 days prior to the new check-in. If weekends are preferred, the guest must purchase the second night to secure the insurance agreement.
XIII. Should any property damage be found in our facilities caused by the CLIENT, the CLIENT authorizes us to debit the corresponding amount from the credit/debit card used to pay for their stay.
XIV. Any negotiations made outside the terms of this contract must be in writing and signed by both the contractor and the client.
